Thomas H. Jäkel  works since 1999 as a lecturer with different universities in Bangkok teaching courses such as "Corporate Restructuring", "Organization and Information Technology", "Internet Marketing" and "Human Resource Management" to both BA and MBA students.

Sharing his experience gained in years of active and professional consulting is his main target. Teaching young managers and students in cross-cultural and global thinking is one of the challenges of his academic efforts. The combination of active consulting and teaching at renown universities in Thailand provides fertile ground and interactive feedback for his ongoing research in cross-cultural management. He cooperated with the Cendant Group in selected projects conducting high-level management training for international companies such as Lucent or GE in Bangkok.
