Introduction

The course covers the comprehensive area of business innovation and IT-based organizational transformation providing practical guidelines for professional corporate process restructuring. Participants will gain comprehensive understanding of underlying principles, success factors and will be provided with concepts, tools and techniques of process reengineering.
